Review content:
I took my 2000 328ci into Royal for service to replace my calipers. After being told that my calipers were bad (which I expected), I was informed that the cylinders on my cooling fan needed to be replaced eventually but not an immediate concern. A long story short, they didn't put one of the cylinders back on correctly which caused my fan belt to tear off and my car to overheat, ultimately blowing the radiator. After a tow back to their shop, they denied any wrong doing, they told me they were going bad and it would be about 2K to repair. The fan belt tore off about 250 feet from their office and I only live 1 mile away so I was under the assumption that I might have driven over something since the car didn't overheat immediately. Is this an isolated incident, maybe? However, I have been told by every mechanic at the BMW services centers in OC to beware of this company. GOOD LUCK!
Pros: Location
Cons: Service and fraudulent practice
