I used them for a couple of repairs in the past. No issues Then, but I did know that they are more expensive. Tech guys are nice. But, wait till they call in the salespeople.
Then the ""big"" repair/replacement job was needed. They tried to sell me an entire unit, when I only needed an evaporator....by their initial diagnosis. After new evaporator was installed, they said that I needed a new condenser. But, they wanted to charge me the initial $4,800 quote after I paid $2,200 for the new evaporator. They NEVER told me that the condenser was bad in the beginning. They never offered a rebate to get it back to the original quote. Be cautious!! They try to SELL you on something you may not need.
