House Pro has my business for life........well, I called in late on a Thursday, and really did'nt expect to get a live person. Much to my surprise there was a real live person on the other end of the phone, and they were still in the office! She took my information, and scheduled me for the very next day. I was in shock! The technician came in the time frame they gave me, even called me about 20 mins before knocking on my door! He was friendly, knowledgable and so helpful! He had to order a part, which he said might take a few days, but he was able to do some sort of magic to get my unit to keep working until he could come back with the part. It was great, and it did'nt break my bank! He offered me a bunch of recommendations, and explained what they were for and would do for my unit and my home. The fact they are aware of the high energy costs and how to get around them is amazing! As soon as I can I plan to go green with my unit, and I will only do business with HOUSE PRO, the best!
