Best AC repair company I have ever had work on my AC!
I recently had AC problems, my AC would not turn on. Imagine not having your AC working in 100 degree temperatures in Houston. I contacted my home warranty and the first time they assigned my work order to a contractor who didn't even bother to call me. When I called the warranty company back, they reasigned the work order and that same day I was contacted by HousePro to schedule the service call. Charles from HousePro came out at the scheduled time the very next day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the response time, professionalism as well as the quality of work that HousePro demonstrated.
My home warranty would not cover 100% of the cost of the replacement part. Charles called the company owner Murray Kaiman and they were able to offer me a substantial discount.
I am a very satisfied HousePro customer and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC servicing and repair.
