We was trying to respond in ""Business respond field"", but its only could feet up to 1000 characters.... So we continue here......\r

Movers use some packing materials to protect fragile and breakable. This term was also in the contract. \r
…….We would like to remind you You that all fragile and breakable items need to be wrapped. Please note packing materials will be charged as used on your move …….. ( from the contract). \r
They packed your china , and also wrapped your mattresses in shrink wrap , so its not going to be dirty or damaged . \r
Also, when the movers start working you was not present at the move. Your wife was there. And later you came already with the 10 ft truck. Usually, when happens that all stuff do not fit in the truck , customers calling to office, and we gladly providing second truck ( based on availability, if its wasn’t reserve prior to the move). But you didn’t call us with any concerns.\r
And our foreman proposed your wife to use 10 ft truck also, so they don’t have to do a second trip and its will save you at least 3 hours , and about $250.00.\r
We always try to work with customer to resolve all and any problems. But here we done everything by the contract, signed by you. And again, you never contacted our office with any problems or complain. \r
