I signed up for a one month program a week ago and I am just delighted with the food and the service provided by Zone Manhattan. The food is very good, fresh, varied, and well-balanced. I wanted both to lose a few pounds and eat more healthy and the meals are perfect to do both. Service has been great. There is a human being who answers the phone every time I call, including during the week-end, I did not have to spell my name after the first two phone calls - they just knew who I was - and all the kinks to be worked out at the beginning of the program were resolved quickly and easily (I wanted meals to be delivered at work during the week and at home over the week-ends - no problem; it turned out that my office does not accept deliveries at night - I did not get charged for the first meal which could not be delivered as a result; could I get an invoice for some of the meals so that I could expense them - yes, of course; please cancel and then reschedule the deliveries over next week-end - not even a hint of annoyance in the voice of the person on the phone). It has been a long time since I last purchased anything from a company which does what it is supposed so well, and is so focused on addressing all the needs and wants of its customers without having them jumping through all kinds of hoops.
