Review content:
I was making a life move driving with my two eleven year old Old English Sheepdog/Labrador mix companions, Nesta and Effie, from southern Alabama to Portland. Mid-trip, somewhere around Texas or so, my temporary arrangements for Nesta and Effie fell through and I was frantically searching for a new arrangement before my designated arrival date. My daughter found Fetch before I arrived, and I boarded Nesta and Effie for two weeks while I tried to find an alternate living situation for them until my house sold in Alabama, etc. I couldn't keep them with me because I was staying temporarily in a friend's tiny apartment in her house. I could find nothing. It had turned into a worst case scenario. Then, Just as I was on my way to pick my girls up at Fetch to driving them for an interview at the Oregon Humane Society to be placed as elder dogs in someone else's home, I received a call from Adam. He and Brit were concerned about what was happening with Nesta and Effie and ultimately through that conversation, Adam came to our rescue. He and Brit, and all those who work at Fetch, basically provided them with a home for the next ten months. Nesta and Effie loved Fetch, Adam and Brit, and every other person and dog there. They got to learn how to be social with other dogs of all ages and sizes, they got to dress up for Fetch's Halloween party, they were treated to new beds, and even sometimes got to go home with Adam and Brit for a break. I will never be able to thank Fetch enough for this. They saved my little family in a way I will forever cherish. Nesta and Effie are back with me now, happy and healthy. In case you can't tell...this is a love story. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly the BEST!! Nesta, Effie, and Jackie
