I received CANYE's info from a coworker of mine who had shipped furniture to CA from her parent's house in NY. She was so impressed with how polite and courteous they were to her elderly parents and how well they handled her furniture throughout the process. \r

I had an equally impressive experience with this company. From the first conversation I had with estimator, Peter, I was instantly assured that this was the right company. When I called, he was polite and efficient and not pushy... Which was a nice change from the 15+ other moving companies I had researched. When I emailed, he emailed back promptly with all the answers I had asked for. \r

The crew that came to pick up my things were extremely respectful of me, my apartment, my things, and the noise. They were quick, but they took their time with items that needed special handling. \r

I received emails telling me when my items were ready to leave Cali and daily emails that followed letting me know where in the country my shipment was. I received a personal call from the driver, Ron, to let me know when he expected to be arriving and when I had a family emergency that conflicted with the time Ron was able to deliver my shipment, Michelle in customer service was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a all the forms and information I needed on having a 3rd party present when my shipment was delivered. \r

I could go on and on about how impressed I was with this company and have been raving about it to anyone who asks how I got my stuff here! I will absolutely recommend this company to everyone and anyone! This was such a great group of people to work with from start to finish, and with the stress of a cross-country move, that was a huge relief. I can not think of 1 thing I would have them improve... they were phenominal!\r
