Basic Moving is the BEST!! I moved to FLA from the BX 4/14 and John & Ben had my furniture delivered by 4/16, who knew it would be that quick!! 1st we met John. His professionalism and explanation of long distance moving and thoroughness was reassuring. Then my friend was almost hijacked by her moving company and I called John. Two days later Ben came. He was very concerned for us and made my friend and I feel very comfortable about Basic Moving NOW having to move 2 apartments full of furniture out of my apartment to 2 different addresses in FL. Well, even though my friend and I were still apprehensive Ben truly held our hand for almost a month after Stan and crew, who were terrific, fast and efficient!! Moved our things to storage before we actually left the BX. And WHO KNEW that 2 days after our arrival in FLA we would have our furniture delivered in a professional and timely manner by Dmitry and Wes. There are plenty of horror moving stories out there but it’s SO NICE to be able to give a GREAT reference to a very deserving Moving Co. BASIC MOVING & STORAGE of Brooklyn– Annette from the Bronx
