Fabulous! Our recent move from New Jersey to North Carolina (last week) with Basic Moving was a stress-free and very pleasant experience. We were delighted by the acceptance to our short notice of move (1 day). The team that arrived to collect the furniture was on time and completed the job in pre-informed time. They were professional and handled our stuff with most care. We were explained all the paper-work and charges (a Binding Price - No surprises after the furniture is collected) in detail earlier by their senior estimator. Nothing was hidden. Even the two-member team that delivered the furniture arrived at pre-requested date/time, they also gave a prior 24-hour notice of arrival confirmation. This team completed the tasks in pre-informed time. All the furniture was assembled into place. No delays at all! Their office was always communicating with me on the status through the transportation period.\r
Overall, a very satisfying experience. I will certainly recommend them to one and all.
