This is my third time moving with Basic. First time, I moved right after Hurricane Irene from Manhattan to their Storage Facility.\r
Everything went very well despite a very confusing time after the Hurricane (public transportation, etc.). They wrapped all my furniture very carefully and provided me with a list of all the items that they took away. My second time, I was moving my daughter, who is a military member, before her deployment to their Storage Facility as well. We had the same experience.\r
Finally, they moved everything from their Storage Facility to our newly renovated house. Everything went very smoothly. They covered our floors with floor protection and I made sure that I received all the items against my list of my inventory. Everything was there in the exact condition that it was picked up.\r

It was very easy to communicate with their office throughout the whole process and I highly recommend Basic Moving.\r
