These guys really know how to do their job. \r

From the get go, I dealt with a representative on the phone who was super friendly and courteous, and he spelled out exactly how the fees work. No surprise charges or anything like that on the the day of the move, which was what I'd feared from reading reviews of other companies. He talked me through ways to make it cheaper versus ways to make it easier on me, which I really appreciated. I called with questions while I was preparing for the move and again, he was very helpful. They seemed to really want the move to go as smoothly as I did. \r

I had no idea what to expect because I'd never hired movers before. The first thing they did was to very clearly explain exactly what they were going to do (while the other guys were already getting started). I was AMAZED by how quickly they worked! And when they used their own packing supplies, they tried to keep the cost down to as little as practical. That one kind of shocked me. \r

I have an upright piano and very narrow stairs. These guys could have given up but they were determined to make it work. They were all sweaty and red from exertion when all was said and done but they didn't even complain. So awesome... And they were very careful not to damage the floors or my furniture - very carefully blanketed everything. \r

Friendliness: check. Professionalism: check. Good value: check. And they're green, too! Love that. I'll use these guys again in a heartbeat. I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone.
