I made the mistake of paying for this service upfront to and from the airport. The ride to the philadelphia airport was on-time and everything was fine. But when I returned to Philadelphia they were 40 minutes late picking me up. In addition they showed up with 2 additional fares (going to a location 45 minutes from my house) that I knew nothing about originally. They wanted to drop the other 2 fares off first before taking me home. In the end, I had to get a different ride home, because I couldn't spare the extra hour and half that was going to be added to my ride home. When I called to discuss the situation, I was spoken to in a loud voice and harsh tone - the situation was not resolved to my satisfaction. I most certainly regret the entire experience.
Pros: On time for the first of two trips
Cons: Late the second trip, poor service, poor attitude
