I have used Dave's Best Limousine Service a few times in the past with no issues so my husband and I decided to use the service again for our upcoming vacation. \r

I submitted an email quote for round trip service for 2 in a private Town Car from Abington Twp to PHL. Dave's Limo quoted me $39.00 one way or $69.00 round trip for 2 passengers. What a great deal, right? WRONG! When I called a few days later to make the reservation I was told it would cost $325.00 round trip for the both of us! I argued with the dispatcher that I had the lower price in writing and that my quote did specify private town car. The dispatcher spoke to the manager and the manager said $276.00 was the best they could do for the town car. They would not honor my quote!\r

Obiviously the information in the quotation means nothing and the person providing the wrong information is not held accountable for their mistake. I guess if the manager doesn't care then why should the employees care? \r

Will not be using nor recommending Dave's Best Limo anymore!
