Been using this company for 10 years now for any and all heating and AC issues. I have always been very happy with their reliability, ease of scheduling, promptness and honesty. Today, with close to two feet of snow, they showed up (ON TIME) to install my new furnace. Well, they were wonderful as always but this time one employee also shoveled my driveway, sidewalk and front walk while the other employee was walking me through the thermostat and rebate paperwork. I wanted to give him a tip, but he would not accept, stating instead that he was ""only doing what he hopes someone else would do"" for his wife.\r
I am just stunned at the consideration and thoughtfulness. A rare experience these days....\r
