I recently went in for a spa manicure/ spa pedicure. I was in on a gift certificate. The salon atmosphere was terrible. The nail tech was a "fill in". The massage therapist was not available. My husband had been told that this place was very reputable and he wanted to treat me to something special. What I got was a very MEDIOCRE at best manicure and pedicure. She did not even remember if she had filed my nails or not and had to go back and forth. The massage chair was loud and hardly worked. I am so disappointed. I left there angry instead of relaxed. I do not have the heart to tell my husband how bad it was but felt I needed to let the public know. I have no reason to go back and if things do not change I do not expect this business to be in business much longer. I read some of the good reviews and noticed they were all written in 2011. This is 2013 and obviously things have changed. Too bad because I work hard and would have loved to find a place to relax and feel a little pampered.
