called for clog in sewage pipe problem, Tech Scott show up did the snake, he told me he cant snake it pass 90 ft. i was like ok whats that mean. he then told me i have a broken sewage pipe will need to dig up and do repair on it. estimate me $9500 for the new pipe or do the patch job for $6500. My wife and i wants a second opinion. called Gold Medal plumbing. all i can say is wow, these people were neat they explain things and best of all my sewage pipe was not broken it was just clogged. i was misdiagnose by rotor rooter.they charged me $650 for something they didnt fix. maybe not all rotor rooter tech are this way but i sure got a bad one . just try to rip me off or he had no idea what his talking about. rotor rooter will not get my business again.
