Review content:
We've used Bell for over 10 years. They always find the problem, fix it, and leave the area and/or fixture that they work on looking wonderful. I called Bell about a toilet with a lazy flush. The technician came out and used a short snake to get rid of roots in the line. Because of the amount of roots in the line he recommended a full line service involving a different truck with a larger snake. We opted to have that service because we've had a number of friends lately who have had problems with their main line, amounting to a $5,000 bill for replacement, plus costs for the back up. We did not want a sewage back up in our house. It turns out that our line is fine, at least we know now. When the toilet was originally installed the person who finished our bathroom didn't use the appropriate part. A tree root did find the small source of water and that was causing the lazy flush/partial blockage. Bell did have to remove the toilet and reinstall everything, but it looks great.
