Review content:
CenteryLink is a huge rip-off. I've been a customer for about 5 months and have had nothing but problem after problem since the intial install. We switched from Direct TV and are sad to say, we made a HUGE mistake choosing CentryLink. The Prism TV package is not what is advertised. The look is nothing more than HD with a Prism logo and the features they say are "state-of-the-art", you can do on your smartphone (i.e. check local gas prices, facebook, twitter,etc.). We have 4 DVR boxes in our home, yet we are always having "TV Conflicts" with recordings or too many TV watching HD channels at the same time. Not to mention, all of our TV's reboot themselves or stutter every 30-45 minutes. We've had our boxes replaced, yet the service is still slow and horrible for watching sports or using internet (which most people do now-a-days). I'm not sure where they get these people you see on TV, happliy bosting on their new Prism TV service, but I'm here to tell you keep your current provider and DO NOT switch to this crappy service. I cannot WAIT to get out of my contract, so we can have an enjoyable TV experience again
