Just used this company today, based on all the positive reviews, and you know what? You guys are totally right: they are excellent. They called me back ten minutes after I'd sent in an email request for service, and we set up an appointment for the following day. ?None of this service window crap, either: he would be there at 1pm, and, when he was running ten minutes late, he called me to let me know. After explaining the problem with my burned-out wall heater, the technician fixed the thing, then took the time to explain what was going on. ?He never talked down to me, never treated me like a dummy who didn't know a thermopile from an igniter. ?I'm in an apartment now, but, when we get into a house, I'm calling this company to set us up. ?If you're having trouble with your heating and cooling, give them a call. ?You won't regret it.
