Sometimes it is difficult to find great service and contracting companies in South Florida, not so with Florida Solar and Air - This is truly a great company! Fantastic customer service and follow-up and the work was done on time, efficiently and hassle free. I would actually give them 6 stars on a 5 star scale if I could.
I had one minor issue with the new unit (not their fault - unit had a defective part) the week after it was installed. I happened to be on vacation and they handled it perfectly keeping me informed, fixing the issue with no hassles, missed appts., etc. When I got back everything was great.
I would highly recommend even at a higher price than the competition (which they were not)!
