Dinah took care of me from IUD-removal through our 6 week follow up with the baby. At every visit, she took the time to actually talk to me (and my husband) and really cared about my health. She asked detailed questions about my nutrition intake, sleep habits, exercise, work and stress factors, all of which were greatly appreciated. Her advice was up to date and she had a very practical but minimalist approach. She was very respectful toward my decisions during the birth, which included very few interventions. She was very flexible and capable during the birthing process...when I suddenly changed my mind about birthing in my tub, she quickly helped me out and onto my bed. When my rather large baby's shoulders became stuck, which terrified me, she knew just what to do.
If and when I have another baby, it will be with Dinah.
