We have been seeing Dr. Poole for 3 yrs. My son had 3 sets of tubes done in NY by the ""best"" drs. When we moved here we went to another Ent & he examined my son for 5 min & declared he needed tubes. We went to Dr. Poole & he followed him dor 2 yrs before we decided to do set number 4. It worked. The first 3 sets would fall out. Not this set. His staff is exceptional, his demeanor with children is just wonderful. I would never see another Dr!!!
