Review content:
We walked away from Marty Sussman Honda and I had to literally bite our tongues to not make a scene. I was willing to pay them that day for a 2011 Honda Pilot and they could have had a good deal. The general manager is a real class act.
We negotiate the price of the vehicle and I told him I wanted to get it checked out by my local mechanic. He told us we would have no problems with our Certfied Used Vehicle and minute we stepped into the car and drove it off the lot ? the fuel tank was empty ? he gave us the car with NO GAS and I had to go refill it myself. I hope I get reibburse for the gas but I highly doubt it.
When we took it to the mechanic he told us that the oil change was 6,000 miles over due (either they did not change the sticker or this is true) and the alignment was off on the vehicle. Not to mention the car?s center console was dirty?.looks as if someone had eaten a cookie and left the debris all of over the place. We address this with the GM and he did not budge on the price even though he said we would not have any problems.
We moved on a purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from one of competitors for a much better deal right up the road in Doylestown for a cheaper price with 20,000 miles less.
These guys give dealers a bad name.
