Awful business. For your own safety stay away. They deliberately try to trick you and gouge you. highlights of my experience:
-awful internet. Pay $100 per month for ulta slow internet. Repeated complaints to staff have not led to improvements.
-2 = we made the mistake of not signing up for phone service and they charged us $200 per month for it. Then my colleague got a bill for $2000 for making a couple international calls. Apparently international is not included in their plan. We asked about this when signing up and they told us it was included. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue have been ignored.
I cant stand this company.
