Review content:
Mia watched my older son for several months when he was around 1 1/2 years old until he went to a preschool and she currently watches my 9 month old son since he was 3 months old. I was continually impressed by her ability to handle my 1 1/2 year old son when he was at that difficult age where they are continually testing boundaries, biting and hitting with a calm and caring nature mixed with an air of discipline She has been equally wonderful with our infant son. She is very intuitive and will point out subtle changes in his behavior when he doesn't feel well and he has never once had diaper rash, which is a rarity in day care. All the children in her care seem to love her - my 2 1/2 year old always wants to stay with her when I drop his brother off in the morning. She provides nutritious homecooked meals and her family is wonderful (including Pancho, the family dog)
Pros: KInd, caring and very intuitive
Cons: Paid holidays
