My wife had a procedure done at this office two weeks ago, and I was very dissatisfied with the long wait, around 45 minutes from scheduled time is ridiculous. During this visit, they checked my health insurance and found that they do not cover dental procedures. I tend to give places a second chance, and scheduled cleanings for my wife and I. When I arrived there today, to be seen, they had canceled our appointments with NO NOTIFICATION to us whatsoever, because ""they thought we didn't want to pay cash"". Who are they to decide for me how I want to spend my money or to tell me I can't afford them. When I asked the front office girl why they didn't call me, SHE THEN BLATANLY LIED, and said they did call but could not reach us, when I said I didn't get the message, she said ""We didn't leave a message"". It's obviously a LIE, what doctor's office does not leave messages when they call? THEY NEVER CALLED, canceled it, and then LIED TO OUR FACES.
If you wish to be badly treated, by unkind people, wish to have to wait a long time, and then get INSULTED, then this is the place for you. Otherwise look else where.
