I've been going to Periwinkle's for well over 20 years. Tonight I ordered the deluxe surf and turf. The vegetables were served at a perfect temperature; the steak and shrimp were sent back once as they were cold. They returned the same way. After more than 20 years of dining there, I will never go back. Nothing was done to change the outcome such as a change in price. The repeated, heartfelt 'I'm sorry"" from the waitress didn't make a difference.
I noticed there's no rating for a negative experience. Tonight didn't even rate one star. Buh bye.
