Lazy Service. Never calls you back. Never follows through. Claims he's always too busy for you and your family. I felt as if He doesn't care about my situation and I felt as if he is one-sided. Very dissapointed. Never on top of scheduling appointments... He hasn't scheduled one in 3 months and still hasn't called to ask whats going on!!!!
Pros: At first he seemed to know what he was doing
Cons: After time went on I felt like he didn't care and that my problem was not a big deal
