Someone needs to give cashier Allison at store 251 in Apex, NC, some lessons in politeness and customer service. Just as I walking to her register, I got a very important phone call-I simply could not ask the caller to call back, I had to take it, and I did not want to lose my place in line, because I was in a hurry. I gave Allison my items and my Ulta Rewards card, then after she swiped it, in a very loud voice asked me for my email address. At that moment, the caller on my phone was relayng some important information, so I could not answer Allison's question at that moment, and said nothing to her. She immediately became very irritated by this, and did not even try to hide the fact she was angry that I was somewhat ignoring her question about my email address. She asked 3 more times in an extremely loud voice, and I quickly gave her my debit card and said I was on the phone, and just wanted to pay for my purchase and go. I know it must have been somewhat annoying when your customer is on the phone while you are trying to ring up their purchase, but you don't have to be so overtly rude to that customer. After the transaction, she very dramatically ripped the receipt off the register, waved it in the air, and said very loudly and in a very sarcastic tone, ""have a nice day & thank you for shopping with Ulta""! I was completely embarrased leaving the store, and had to explain and apologize to my caller.
