I think that this place is great overall - They are professional, can usually squeeze you in the same day or within a couple days. Nice girls who chat with you and are pretty personable. Every cut has been great save a bad experience a LONG time ago, and I believe that person has left them.
Since the stylists are on a private contract basis (pay rent to the owner of the salon for cutting hair there) you get a higher turn-over of stylists. I went to one girl a few times and then found out she had to leave because she couldn't afford the rent anymore. However, LOTS of salons do things this way and this is the ONLY bad thing I can say about this place.
Pros: not too pricey and they do a great job
