i moved to lansing from california 5 yrs ago, and this monro has been my mechanic ever since. they have always been honest and have always clearly explained what was needed, consequences or lack of consequences. they are very thorough with their explanations, and not at all pushy, and have always been honest in letting me know what work may be coming up soon, and would let me know if something was or was not important. they are very good about looking out after their customers as well. they also were very helpful with hints on how to drive in the snow. i cant say enough good things about these guys...
