I moved to Brentwood in March. In the beginning everything was fine. Up until they got new management!!! The new manaement is under trained. Like the other reviewer said, everything, since they came in, has been going down hill!!! The maintenance is unexceptable. They lure you in with the so called amenities that they have; washer,dryer, central air, dishwasher, and swimming pool. Central air units in Brentwood are always broken down, and it takes them forever to try to come fix them!! I say TRY because nothing in Brentwood is ever really fixed!!! The washer and dryer units run like motorcycles and lawn mowers, and the dishwasher units fill up with water that never drains out and if it does drain out it drains out on your floor!!!! Since summer began our kids have only been able to use the swimming pool all of 2 1/2 weeks because of problems with other kids from other apartment complexes coming over starting trouble with our children who live there, destroying our property, and littering in the pool area but let Brentwood tell it, there's nothing they can do about it!!!!! I actually broke my lease and got the heck out of there. Which is something that I've never ever done before. But I surelly don't regret it no matter the expense!!! Because where I stay now is nice and peaceful. The landscaping is beautiful and most of all, I feel safe. And as far as maintenance, I've called once since I've been here and my repairs were done 10 minutes after I hung up the phone. The last thing I'd like to say is, for the ONE person at the Brentwood office who is still there even after new management (M), and has always been nice to everyone, no matter the attitude of your co workers, you might want to consider going to a new leasing office before CMHA turns Brentwood into SECTION 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
