showed up on time for 2 oclock appointment, waited over an hour long with a new born baby he was ready for photos when we got there by the time we got in he needed a diaper change and wanted to eat which was horrible timing also the photographer hardly spent any time with us and seemed very frustrated and in a hurray. when we finished we recieved no help with making christmas cards or editing photos at all. also we were told our cards would be in by the 21st and they did not come in until the 23rd at 4:00pm and they screwed up our cards and didnt add a name in the from section. horrible do not go here take your money to a real photographer who cares about their business and has courtesey enough to get you in at the scheduled time and actually follow up with printing and such....
