The bus was very dirty and we also got lost in transport. I left my cell phone on the bus and had a very difficult time retrieving the phone. Tey were unhelpfull in every possible way from not aknowledging my phone calls, to answering the door for UPS, to then refusing to send the phone. I have never been spoken to in such a unprofessional and demeaning way in my life. We ended up driving the two hours to pick up the phone. With so many other charter bus companies to choose from why would anyone in thier right mind utilize this company!
