Review content:
The first time my boyfriend and I went to view an apartment. First off The broker looked very unprofessional. We went to put a deposit anyway because we were in a rush to move. When we got to the office, they told us the apt was a fee apt instead of non fee like the ad said. To top it off it was 200 above the monthly rent the broker originally stated. I walked out of there with the speed of light. Two months go by with endless application fees and we decide to try Rapid Realty again with another broker. I called one person who transferred me to another and then another. We go see an apt we were interested in and the first thing that comes out this mans mouth was ""wana put a deposit?"" NO we said we would check out the neighborhood and get back to them. He made it his business to add ""yea, if its still here"". His beard was over grown, he had stained clothing, and not to mention he reeked of fish. He has some credit issues but they made promises that they new the landlord and could help us regardless of his credit so long he had no rent court. It took 5 days instead of the 2 they said it would take all to tell us we were denied. They could not state why. Our full month deposit was suppose to take 48 hours to be returned, took 4 days!! I told them to KISS MY ASS GOOD BYE. They are the only agency who asked for a deposit just to apply. NO WAY NEVER AGAIN!!!
