Our experience at Rapid Realty was great. My boyfriend and I found a great apartment in a great location with the best landlord EVER WITH NO RENTAL FEE, The apartment was new with brand new stainless steel appliances. Our landlord spent a lot of time decorating and making it look modern. it's in a very very quiet neighborhood that's safe. We were helped by James Henderson,Allen Obando and Winn. We had 3 agents because we were picky and we needed agents that could work with our crazy schedules. It took us a little while (almost a month) but it was well worth the wait. The best part about Rapid Realty is that they made the time to be available to us at our convenience (both my boyfriend and I work 6 days out of 7 and very long hours). We would suggest to take your time to work with them, allow them to work for you as they can be very efficient with their searches and also understand that even though they are a rental agency, the landlord have a final word in picking you as a potential tenant and with this horrible economy, landlords (from our experience) can be overly picky and super ridiculously demanding.
