Like many people, we first contacted Rapid because we had seen an apartment we particularly wanted on their website. Unfortunately, they do not keep their website up to date, so the apartments we most liked had either already been rented, or were not yet available.
Pros: Enthusiasm, willingness to work with our picky criteria
Cons: The newer realtors can be a little flaky
