If you are considering doing business with rapid realty, be advised to avoid them at all costs.
Rapid landed us an apartment that turned out to be illegal to occupy with no heat or water. We requested the lease be nullified and demanded our money returned - the land lord complied - Rapid Realty did not! They kept the $2400 deposit check we wrote them for an apt that was not even legal to be occupied!
Now they refuse to take our calls or return emails. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with these thieves - next time they might be taking your $2400!
