Review content:
i have to say, i normally don't write reviews on places (its almost too much effort... i'm pretty lazy), but i had a good experience with this company and i feel like sometimes people are unfair in their reviews. the most recent review actually inspired me to write this... the whole ""no calling back"" thing is a bummer, and i'm glad that this was not the case with me, i always got calls from people at the office, they made themselves pretty available. but the thing that i think is kind of silly is this (and pardon me if i'm a little convoluted/long-winded here, again, i'm not really used to writing stuff like this): i saw many no-fee apartments with my broker, and then i saw a broker fee place, because it was in the same area, and in my price range. of course, the broker fee place was nicer. HOWEVER, when she told me it had a fee, i said ""sorry, can't do it"". it was as simple as that. we saw more no-fee places, and i eventually found one that i liked as much as the one that had the fee. Pros: friendly/enthusiastic service, lots of properties, no fee stuff Cons: not ALL apts are no fee, some have broker fees
