i got my apt. from Rapid several years ago, and it was 'no fee' (i paid first, last, security). it seemed too good to be true, and, to be honest, i was almost expecting to have to pay my last month again when i moved out of my apartment at the end of january. well, i didn't, my landlord did, AND i got my security deposit back. it really was no fee, as unbelievable as that seems (especially in NYC, where NOTHING is free). more real estate companies should do this!
