I just rented a commercial space from this company, and was very pleased with their service. Not only did they show me a huge number of spaces (they had many in prime locations, which is hard to find in my budget, but they did have a few spots that were actually perfect), but they handled all of the paperwork immaculately. They facilitated all negotiations between myself and the building-owner, and I definitely didn't feel like I was alone throughout the process. I was quite impressed, and I'll certainly use them again if I'm so lucky as to open another business in the future (my showing agent was actually talking about Rapid opening a chain... not sure if I'm ready for the real-estate world, though, hah hah!).
