Review content:
These property managers are the most unprofessional group of individuals I've ever worked with. I cannot believe they continue to have a business. They charge way too much rent, will force you to continue to sign leases and raise rent tons if you don't, will not ever get back to you regarding any issues, will do several drive-bys and write you a letter notice of any small issue, upon move out it is guaranteed you won't get the majority of your deposit back because of the fine print in the lease, very rude and uncooperative. I consider myself a very responsible tenant, and their lack of professionalism upset me to the point that I moved based solely on my experiences with them. I would not recommend American Property Management!!
Pros: Nice rental properties
Cons: Over-priced, unprofessional, uncooperative, rude, impossible to reach, manipulative, and the list could go on......
