Our visits to Belmondo are always pleasant! The young girl behind the desk is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The other people who work there are great too - such nice people! It makes a difference, because of them we always come back and constantly refer our friends and other other business there. Finally - a place where you're treated like family, not just a sale. I highly recommend this distributor to everyone. The only problem we ever had with them is one time something had to be backordered, but that is pretty common at other places too. The nice thing was that they were very fast in ordering our tile for us and kept us updated on the status so we could keep our customer well-informed. Overall, 5 stars!
