Review content:
Dr. Culbertson took great care of me and my unborn son. Both his receptionist and nurse were fantastic. Sandy was his nurse, she is very very nice and actually cares. After being a week late and carrying a rather large child, I was unduced into labor. After 24 hours with contractions 2 minutes apart and very strong (due to the Pitocin) I wasn't even 3 centimeters dialated. It was then that Dr. Culbertson came in and told my that my son was sunny side up instead of facing down, he was still sitting too high and he was big. He gave me the option of waiting another 24 hours to see if I could still deliver naturally or going straight into a C-Section. HOWEVER...he gave me the pros and cons of each and was not biased toward either. He completely left the decision up to me which I completely respect. Most Dr.s would have given you their opinion and left it at that. I chose the C-Section based on the info Dr. Culbertson vgve me and luckily I did! My son had a big red mark on the back of his skull where his head had been laying on my spine and he was 9 pounds 8 ounces. OUCH! Dr. Culbertson was even attentive during the post-op check up. He's an all around great Dr. and he comes highly recommended from me.
Pros: Great care, very informative, board certified, bi lingual
