I found Prestigious Blinds online and my wife called them. Yanni came out to our house and took time to sit down with us to go over what we wanted and what we liked and didn't like. He was very honest with timing too. He was upfront with us and told us that it would take x amount of time to order, arrive, scheduling and installation time. We felt very comfortable with him. Then he went to work taking measurements. We decided on a product and gave him a call. A few days later, he called us to let us know it had arrived and we scheduled an installation date.
Yanni showed up on time and everything wen very smoothly. He arrived with everything he needed for the job. The previous owners had left holes covered in plastic. Yanni took an extra hour trying to figure out the best way to go about installing the new product in a strategic position, and not just jamming it in so that it would end up falling out in two weeks. I really appreciated that he took that extra time. I know he had other appointments scheduled throughout the day, so he was up against a timeline. He made sure it was done correctly.
He also had great follow-up and checked back in a couple of weeks later to make sure we were still satisfied. It was a great experience. As for price, I think he was on par with everyone else, and we just wanted to go with someone we felt comfortable with. Yanni is a true true person, and really great to work with!
