When I was watching TV late one night there suddenly came a sound from our Hotpoint refrigerator that was more like a food processor. I used all my technical skills and hit it really hard on the top where the sound seemed to be coming from. That worked for a minute and then it started again. The next shot did not work. The next day I called Brooklyn Appliance Repair. The technician came that afternoon and checked it out. It was only the motor coming loose from its footing and causing vibration. He could have sold me a new compressor of worse but he was honest. I will always rely on Brooklyn Appliance Repair in the future.
