We've been working with Dan on updating vintage plumbing. He's always prompt, polite, calls before he arrives, calls back when he says he will, notifies us early if he's running behind, and does quality work. The professionalism of Dan and the company are what will keep us as customers, plus it makes plumbing issues a lot less painful!
