I have been using Hunters Pest Control for around 10 years. The quality of the work is excellent, however, the service received when you call them up leaves something to be desired. Depending on who you talk to on the phone, the service could be a 1, 2, or 3, but when someone comes out, the quality of service is always a 5. All in all, their one weak spot is their front line phone service.
The reason I go to them, rather than anyone else, either nationally or locally, is because they do gofers. No one else will touch gofers and that is the only problem I have. Especially if your neighbors don't care, it is hard to control gofers. I used them way back when because they were willing to deal with my gofer issue. They got rid of the problem, and I have been maintaining their bi-monthly service ever since.
Anytime there is a problem, Hunters is right there. They are a family-oriented and family-owned business. They care about their customers. They are also community involved. They are always there at our two major community events. The employees that have been there for a long time are like gold.
Though the front line staff seems to have a high turnover, the people who do the actual work can't be beat. I have no complaints with the work. The end result is that they are the best game in town.
