Review content:
Signed us up and sent muffins to our business and didnt hear from them in months. Money was taken from all of our checking but no one ever sent us insurance cards. FOUR months after we signed our policies they still weren't ""active"" A store full of sick employees during flu season. Everytime you call the agent shes too busy to help and gives you a number to call....the wrong number over and over!! I recommend taking your business and health elsewhere these people don't see past the ends of their own noses. I would've opted for better customer care instead of muffins. Seriously people.. muffins??
Cons: Couldn't get my policy info but they could sure take money
